We have been using Ebert for the past 2 summers. Their team is very professional and always does a quality job. The use of the hand mowers really does a nice job and they always clean up any clippings on the sidewalk. We have two dogs that can freely go in and out of the house and the team that does our house has come during the first mow of the year and "introduced" themself to the dogs. If it is a different team than normal there are notes on our file and the team comes to our door to let us know they are there. We have also used them for all of the chemical treatments and they have done great with this as well. We have a large area that is rock and mulch, we have them spray this area for weeds each month and it keeps the weeds in the areas. ~ Danielle K

Since our normal "all-in-one" lawn company went out of business after COVID hit, we were forced to separate our mowing and other lawn care services to different companies. We chose Erbert at the recommendation of our mowing service. So far they've been here twice to spray for weeds and fertilize the lawn, and our lawn has never looked better! We usually have a ton of Aspen suckers and dandelions on the lawn this time of year, and weeds popping up in our planters and driveway cracks, but since Erbert has come through, I haven't seen a single one! We get reminder texts and emails 48 hours before our appointments, and they're always on time and efficient when they're here. It's still early, but I think it's safe to say we trust Erbert to keep our lawn looking healthy. ~ Jennifer H

I was looking for a lawn service last year since we have a new baby and couldn't keep up with the mowing and weeds. I had received a few ads for Erbert and then found a groupon deal so I thought I'd give them a try. Really glad I did! After the first fertilizer treatment and mowing my yard looked better than it had in years of doing it ourselves. We decided to keep the lawn mowing service for the rest of the year and added rock bed weed treatments and some more fertilizer treatments. I was really impressed that they showed up when they were supposed to every time (even holidays), were in and out in no time, and always made sure to clean up and close the gate. Prices were competitive as well. They charged about the same as some of the other companies I originally received quotes from. ~ Kim R

I've been thoroughly impressed with Erbert Lawns for their services, communication, and competitive pricing. They recently provided liquid aeration and a fall treatment plan for my lawn, and the results were fantastic—my grass is now the greenest in the neighborhood! Initially, I had some doubts about whether the entire area was fully covered, so I reached out after observing what seemed like only two passes. They responded immediately and came out again, going above and beyond to ensure full coverage, even though they might have done it correctly the first time, and I may have just missed it. THEY SHOW UP! Now I realize you might be saying "but that's expected". You are correct, but after trying three other lawn service companies, that were very hit or miss on showing up, it's very refreshing to actually have a company that shows up. They even send an email reminder that they are going to be coming out. As for the service, our lawn care professional is great. He knows his stuff. We had sone "weird" rings on our lawn. He diagnosed the issue, and brought out the proper lawn care product to rid the lawn of the issue. He's very personable, and always leaves a note to tell us what he did, and let us know if he spotted any issues. It's a great company, with great service. Give 'em a try! ~ Al M

I've used Ebert Lawns off and on for the last four years. I only switched to give a local neighborhood teenager a chance to make some extra money and try a local neighborhood company who was horrible and promptly went back to Ebert. I've been pleased with their service and happy they added fertilization into their services - which I signed up for as well. My sprinkler guy commented about how good my lawn looked as a result of the fertilization. I had one issue where the lawn wasn't mowed one week and I called and with no questions asked - they came out and mowed it. No need for picture proof or making me feel like I was in the wrong despite what their records indicated. I also want to recognize their willingness to accommodate my Halloween decorations this year and ability to do a good job despite all the obstacles! Thank you! ~ kim w

I’ve been using this company for more than five years, I am still satisfied with their work, and Eduardo is one of my favorite. When we just moved from city, having a house with lawns for the first time, and couldn’t catch up with all the lawns work, he had not only showed up every time and take care of everything, but also come to talked to us about what he did, what concerns he saw, but also patiently taught us a lot on lawn maintenance. I no longer work from home so don’t have chance to chat anymore, but my lawns are as good as ever. I have more than one neighbor came and asked how we maintained the lawns. What’s more, they provide timely special services based on the season, weather, etc. they have excellent support that I can just text for info and price. This is my first year using Erbert Lawn services and I'm very happy with how beautiful my lawn looks. In the past, I've done my own lawn upkeep, but over the years it looked less and less healthy and dandelions and broad grass were slowly taking over. So I called Erbert Lawns and tomorrow will be my 3rd application. After just the first application this spring (fertlizer, liquid aeration and something to kill the dandelions and broad grass) it looked about 80% better. Now I have the nicest, healthiest looking lawn on the block and weeds are gone! Erbert Lawns are always on time and email me a reminder the day before. I highly recommend this company. ~ Jean S

Prior to using Erbert Lawns I used another company. The other company mis diagnosed my lawn issues many times. I finally got tired of my lawn looking awful. So happy that I switched to Erbert. The same gentleman has been servicing my lawn the last few times. He gave me feedback on sharpening the mower blade ASAP, told me why my lawn was brown in spots and offered a fall solution that he can apply. I love the fact that they text you the day before they are going to service your lawn. This is convenient. They also text you when they have arrived, in case you have a dog that needs to be inside while they spray. Great company and great prices too! I definitely recommend. ~ Kim L

I must say that this company has been amazing. My husband and I were mowing about 1 time a week. Life is crazy and some weeks we were just too busy. I looked on line and found Ebert Lawn, called and spoke to a very professional gal. It was sooo easy. Every Thursday the men would come and mow, edge and trim...I was impressed immediately. I planted some flowers under a granite bench we have in our back yard and just left them a note to please not edge around the bench....they did not mow and I was thrilled that they paid enough attention to what I had requested. I moved in to my new home on a Wednesday and happened to have a flyer from Erbert on my door. I called and was told they had already been through my neighborhood earlier that day and weren't scheduled to be back until the following week, and the lawn needed a cut desperately. The young lady took my number and called me back not even 10 minutes later saying that the crew was on their way back to take care of me. The crew that showed up took the time to introduce themselves personally to me, and did a fantastic job with my lawn. I may get my own mower at some point, but I can't imagine going with another company to care for my lawn. ~ Brendan M

I have known John Erbert for over 10 years. You will not find anyone more dedicated and more passionate about the lawn mowing business than John. His blood is GREEN! SERVICE and a SATISFIED CUSTOMER is the company's mantra! Trish does a fantastic job keeping the business running smoothly. She is very professional and can answer most questions about your lawn. I have been using Erbert Lawns for several years and have always been satisfied with their services. They show up when expected and do a nice job of mowing, trimming and cleaning up afterwards. They also advise me of any lawn conditions which require my attention such as insufficient watering or a mite infestation. They are a "one-stop" shopping experience offering weed and insect control, fertilization and aeration all at reasonable prices. For years, I have taken care of my own grass with great pride however this past year my lawn was struggling and I could not figure it out. I was originally displeased with the liquid application my last service. Erbert quickly sent out a manager to explain the procedure and gave me some insight for the best way to approach the application. Patrick couldn't have been nicer, professional, and competent to address the problem and ways to avoid this from happening again. Erbert also applied a granular product to correct the issues I had. It is such a pleasure having Erbert Lawns take care of my yard. I have used their Aeration, Fertilization, Week/Rock Bed, and Sprinkler blow out service, as well as the weekly lawn mowing. The crew's are always courteous, friendly and down right hard working. They make short work of my yard, and they clean up all the clippings. What took me 2 hours, takes them 30 min or less. I have never enjoyed not mowing my own lawn as much as I do now. You will not be disappointed. And the ladies in the office, all top notch. I have just started working with Erbert Lawns at the beginning of the 2024 summer season (honestly we were a bit behind) as my lawn was just suffering - totally my fault. From the first phone call that I made to seek advice and set up service, I have been so impressed. They offered great solutions for me that were very affordable. I get a text message when they are at my home and exactly what service they will be providing. Today I got the message and I happened to be at home. I had the great privilege to meet Martinez. I asked for an additional service in order to best prep my lawn as we near the end of summer. He took the time to call the office, get me immediate pricing, and actually was able to get the treatment done on the spot. He was so efficient, professional, and friendly. The Erbert Lawn care service has been excellent. I called them because of a temporary medical condition that did not allow me to take care of my own lawn. Jason and Wade have been here in a timely manner each and every Wednesday for the past month. They have mowed my lawn a different direction each time. They have done such a great job of mowing and trimming and at such a good value that I am having them continue their service. They have done as good a job as I can do. I have been using the services of Erbert and Mow Time for a few years and have had very good results. The only time they don’t meet their schedule is when the weather is so bad they can’t effectively do their work. They always catch up as soon as feasible. I plan to continue employing both organizations this year for my lawn care - no reason to change. Martinez took the time to point out problems with my neighbors lawn that are creeping into my own. I used to have the weekly mowing service, the only reason I no longer have them is a boyfriend that does that work now. :) These guys were always more than professional in all aspects. I have dogs, and had to leave the back gate unlocked for them. They were always very careful to lock the gate when they left. I would recommend them to anyone that just doesn't like mowing or edging! Another reason... allergies; it is SO worth the minimal cost each week to have them handle this for you!! Very Trustworthy!! ~ C “

Based on one year of service, I have no complaints whatsoever. They show up as promised and do a very thorough job. On one occasion they missed one pass and left a small "Mohawk" where the grass didn't get cut. I called the office and they were back later that same day to make things right. After fighting my spouse for years on having a lawn service do something I could do perfectly well myself, it was a real eye opener to realize how much time, energy and sore muscles I could have been saving all these years. I am 70 years old with a topically landscaped back yard and 2 large dogs that all make it very challenging for me to consistently keep up with mowing and trimming required by our HOA. I started the weekly Erbert Lawn service early summer 2016 and they have been extremely easy to work with and the employees sent out to do the work have been most professional, courteous and always attentive to any special requests I have made.
